The Ajax Hood for the MotionProtect Outdoor protects sensors of the anti-masking system from rain and snow. Anti-masking sensors react to spray paint, however, extended exposure to heavy rain or snow can create interference. The Hood protects the MotionProtect Outdoor to avoid false alarms. The Hood can be attached to MotionProtect Outdoor without dismounting the detector from the bracket and comes with everything you’ll need for installation.
