Ajax Transmitter
The Ajax transmitter is used to integrate third party wireless devices with wired inputs into the Ajax system.
Some popular wireless devices include the following:
- Takex 180 kit – A 180 degree outdoor PIR with up to 12m range
- Optex BX80 Kit – A Dual side PIR with 12m range on either side (total 24m)
- Optex BXS-RAM kit – An adjustable dual side outdoor PIR with 12m range on either side (total 24m) and includes Anti-Masking
- Optex HX40 Kit – A High Mount outdoor PIR used for detecting movement over e.g. patio furniture or other obstructions that would ordinarily block the detection area of low mount PIR’s
It is also used to receive alarm notifications from electric fence energisers, access keypads etc.
- Ajax wireless transmitter for 3rd-party detectors
- Input for wired connection of outdoor motion detectors, IR beams and electric fence energisers
- Fits in most popular wireless outdoor detectors – In some instances, a sealed outdoor enclosure may be required
- Tamper alarm for Transmitter and external detector
